    Buckle Up

    I like flying—I really do.

But every time I board a plane, there’s still that flicker of fear. Not because I think something’s going to happen. I know the stats. I know it’s safe. But heart knowledge and head knowledge don’t always line up.

For me, it’s the moment right before takeoff—engines roaring, runway flying by—and I’m reminded that I’m not in control. I’m not flying the thing. I’m just along for the ride. That’s the part that gets me. Every time.

But I knew this trip wasn’t about comfort. It was about obedience.

I woke up already praying. For the flight. For the team I’m meeting up with. For the people I’ll cross paths with. I didn’t feel brave. I felt sent. And that’s enough.

Even when the turbulence hit, I stayed grounded. Not because I’m tough—but because I knew people were praying for me. I was watching House of David mid-air, whispering prayers of my own, feeling that deep-down peace that only comes when you know God is in it.

Sometimes you just have to buckle up and go. You may not feel ready. But when you’re walking in purpose, peace follows.

And along the way, I’ve been tucking little Jesus figures in all kinds of places. It’s fun—and honestly, I just love hiding them in unexpected spots. Airport benches. Coffee shop counters. Hotel lobbies. Little reminders that someone’s praying. That God sees. That hope is still alive.

    I don’t know who’ll find them. I just know they’re supposed to.

Because everyone needs a little Jesus.

    Moral of the Story?

You don’t have to feel fearless to move forward. You just have to trust the One who’s sending you. Peace doesn’t always come before the leap. Sometimes it meets you mid-air.

Scriptures That Helped Me Settle In:

    • “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” — Exodus 14:14
    • “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You.” — Isaiah 26:3
    • “When I am afraid, I put my trust in You.” — Psalm 56:3

    Be on the lookout… 👀
These little Jesus figures may be coming to the shop soon, so others can join in—planting hope, one small act at a time. You never know who might need the reminder.

Such an encouraging message! Great reminder and teaching that at times our humanness will experience the emotions of fear, anxiety, weakness, loss of control; but being reminded that God is with us and sovereign over all of it so we have no reason to fear. Praying “YES God, I will be obedient because I trust you and your plans” even when my emotions are slow to follow. I will trust in what I know is true (my firm foundation) so I can take that next step. God never lets me down, He only grows me in every experience showing His multi-dimensional love for me.

Greg Harvey you are so filled with love and joy in the Holy Spirit! How far you have come is a testament to God’s word. I love the kernels of wisdom that Jesus has shared with you and you have imparted upon us (your flock) to encourage and grow our faith! And I love that you don’t use the “big box “method, but you use your life experiences translated into every day vernacular to meet the lost where they are and essentially invite them to know Jesus, The WORD made Flesh, in what I refer to as the 2025 Time continuum (with today’s vernacular/culture, and not in the “ verily I say “ “thou language of the old king James which I don’t understand ) your passion is contagious! Love you bunches and keep spreading your mini “Jesus’s” they’re like HOLY BREAD CRUMBS!❤️

I love this! For me, I have found courage in Jesus during difficult times when I stand firm, reminding myself of all His many blessings in my life, not that in the moment I will be a success, but that I have learned its the Victory of Him, that where the next step leads, He is with me, knowing Jesus is all the strength I could ask for. I love that you carry (tangible reminders to share), Little Jesus. Blessings!
